What am I committing to when I decide to work with you?
There is no obligation, fee or commission to the homeowner if we act as an investor buying a home. However we may potentially receive compensation by a third party after buying a home - if we're able to turn around and sell your house over time to someone else.
If you instead decide to sell your home the conventional way and select us as your Real Estate listing agent, we will work for commission customary in the market.
